Power light blinking continously

Hello,

Yesterday, I was thinking of upgrading my RAM. I bought 512 MB SD RAM, but when I opened my CPU I realized that I am not sure if my machine has SD RAM in it. So, I didn't put the new RAM. I then tried to switch on the machine to run some utility for checking my RAM type.

Unfortunately, when I switched on my machine, my display didn't come up. Now, I am having no clue what went wrong as everything looks fine but there is no display.

When I disconnected my monitor from the CPU, I get a test message as no signal. My monitor looks fine. Please help in sorting the issue out.

Whenever I switch on my computer, monitor light is just blinking & no display.. I thought it might be because of RAM.. But when I changed my computer's RAM , same problem arises.. And whenever i remove VGA cable from the CPU my monitor just blinks & displays "Cable not connected."
Please someone tell me what to do now...

My monitor is not getting signal when I start the PC, the light keeps blinking (behaving like it is connected but PC is off).

Problems started with a power outage (I assume) because the PC wasn't even starting. PSU was fried so I replaced it. That fixed the power problem, but then I realized the monitor issue. The PSU seems to not have been the only part affected but I have not been able to diagnose the cause.

Monitor seems to work - when I disconnect the DVI cable theres a little floating message saying No Signal. So there is a display, just not when I need it to be there.

I have Toshiba Satellite laptop and it was working fine yesterday. I have plugged-in it with AC Adapter and the AC Adapter has the GREEN light. On front of the laptop, the power supply light (Blue LED) is blinking and the battery light is in RED. Nothing happens after pressing the Power button on the laptop. Thought of faulty AC Adapter and bought the new AC Adapter and the power supply light (Blue LED) is still blinking. How to fix this problem, PLEASE.

My dell inspiron 3537 is not starting up. It blinks the power LED 3 times and then the power LED stops blinking and stays on.

It is not showing the charger when I plug it in.
I have tried starting up by removing the battery and using just the charger, the problem stays. Since the power LED blinks when I'm on just charger mode, I don't think there is any problem with the charger.

Please help.

Hello, i have a pc that after you turn off the power(unplug or power outage) a light blinks on the back of the power supply and the pc does not respond. i found a way to turn my pc on by unpluging the power supply and tuching the green and black wires together any way to fix the for good???
