Connect Laptop to LCD HDTV TV - tuner neededClosed

Question

Hello,
I am planning on purchasing a laptop and Samsung LCD TV (from the LN22 Series). I want to be able to capture TV on my computer and record it. 
Do  I need a TV tuner on my laptop as well or is the TV tuner from the LCD TV sufficient?

hi,

buy a laptop that has TV tuner, this will ease your work and will prevent you from buying a new one.

Normally laptops using Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Ultimate, or Windows XP Media Center Edition have one.

i have bought new laptop and also i bought new lcd hd samsung tv but i dont know how to connect them wireless. i can connect them with wire but it it is headache so could any ony solve my problem,

TV turner is good enough if u dont believe search it in GOOGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
