AHH!! i cant remember ANY of my passwords...

Hello,
I have 2 email addresses...one of them goes to my myspace...i can't remember my password to my myspace bcuz my computer remembers it for me...but the only problem is..my computer is messed up...when i try to get onto my email account i don't remember my password to that either...and my back-up email doesn't work plus i don't even remember what it was...so i had to make a new email account and that's the colorado.johnson_girl16@yahoo.com one..my friends will let me check my messages at their house..but i don't remember my password to the email for my myspace..or my email address...how can i get my password and get back on my myspace??
