Hello,

Son-in-law stayed with us and hooked up my router previously.....then he moved and does not remember passwords etc. Now we are trying to hook it up and having problems....seems to be hooked up in his last name, can we over-ride that?

There is a hole in the back of the router. Insert a pen and press down for 30 seconds. That should reset the router to the default settings. You can then enter a new password/key.
