Laptop issue

Hello,
when he closes the lid of the laptop, it goes to standby mode and when he opens the lid he is unable to log in to the laptop. He has to shutdown the laptop and then start it again to login.
User says that he is unable to get the laptop back to normal mode from the standby mode.

Dear Anuj,

Just press the power off button slightly and the laptop will get out of stand by mode.
