hi my name is adjoa, i have compaq presario C714NR, i have been trying to restart it and is not responding, and happened five months ago and i took it to best buy for them to fix it and now the same thing is happening, is there a way you can help me please?

are you unable to shut it down. This information will be of great help to solve your problem. Also
