URGENT - micro sd card help

Hi,
I need help, FAST.
My Nokia 512mb mirco SD card has doesn't read in any phone i've put it in.
it's not new it came with my nokia 6120 that i got in july 09
its now saying its corrupted and it needs to be formatted and in order to do so i need to delete all the data on there.
i NEED the photos on there to be kept.
i havent backed them up or anything.
will i be able to find them again?
i need them.
so so much!
