Hi Dora,
Not having a cd/dvd drive is not a problem nowadays as you can do it by using a pendrive. it must be atleast a minimum of 1-2 Gb to be able to proceed,link below from Faq will guide and explain you in details how to install
windows using a usb pendrive:

you can use other pc to copy the installation files to your removable disk.
