Acer laptop

Hello,
my acer laptop will not read any cd's or dvd's it will not burn any of them either ive tryed reinstalling the driver but dident work dose anyone have any suggestions it was working yesterday fine and suddy just stop

If everything is correct, then please check whether the lens is not defective.
