No sound from computer

Hello,
I have no sound from vedios on my computer. I have Realtek and when I click on the sound icon at the bottom of my computer the Realtek box displays. I go to 3D Audio Demo and click the little black arrow under the man on the screen in the box and I have sound, so I don't beleive it is my speakers or the hook up of the speakers. Please,help me. 1/ r. mouse click on my computer. then click hardwere then click on speaker sign. if speaker sign is yellow qestion mark it means sound driver has gon keep driver cd and right mouse click then click on update. 2/ go control panel look on sound option there sound setting may be chang ,corectly set it. 3/ your speaker may be damage chake it on anothe computer. thank
