Hello,
my laptop is gone dark, i can not see anything,gone black totally. even in safe it blank and dark, how do make come back

Hi there,

Remove battery and press power button to drain all the present electric power fro approximately 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds,then plug in adapter without battery log in then shut down and reseat battery in bay.
