Flash drive problem

Hello,

i have formatted my toshiba 16gb flash drive..after that i check the properties to see the capacity.. i've seen it has only 7.33gb. what shall i do? could anyone please help me

Hi there,

Format it by using hp disk format tool and ge back original size :
