Message storage memory not rade

Hello,
In my Nokia 3600, an error massege is coming that is "message memory not ready"
I tried hard reset by *#Hello,
In my Nokia 3600, an error massege is coming that is "message storage memory not ready"
I tried hard reset by *#7780# but still my problem is not solved...
please help

Please check whether the mobile phone that you are using is not a clone.
