1- restoring your iphone
first you need to download the iphone ios from this webe site
https://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/
ps:do not download the last update i mean the 4th one (ios 4.0 or highr) cuz there is no solutions for this update yet!
after downloading your ios 3.1.2 ..connect your iphone to itunes
click one SHIFT (keyboared) + restor (itunes)
chose the ios 3.1.2 that you downloaded befor & just wait untill the iphone start the restoring
2-jailbreaking
you dont need to activate your phone you can jailbreak it directly ;)
you need to download a program named redsnow 9.0.2

no just connect your iphone open redsnow & follow instroductions
3- unlocking
after jailbreaking go to cydia & instal ultrasn0w 1.2
