Hello,
I had to do a "restore to factory settings" on my 5 week old Dell. Windows came back without inserting the Windows disc, but I no longer have the "skins" that were there. Do I need to use the Windows 7 cd that came with my laptop to restore that as well?

Hi there,

You will have to download them,if it was with additional software then it needs to be reinstalled.
