I need a solution which helps me to insert a row and fill the value

The problem is I have a set of people with no ( e.g. MRA 5, MRB 6 MRC 7). Is there any way to get MrA copied in five rows with no 1,2,3,4,5 in its next column, same way MRB 1,2,3,4,5,6.

Are you saying that you want MRA to be repeated on 5 rows (say A1 to A5) and next column (B1 to B5) should have values (1, 2 3, 4,5 respectively? and then repeat same for Mr B and so on
