Is higher refresh rate can harm lcd monitor?

HELLO.......

I want to know that, Is higher refresh rate can harmful for my lcd monitor?I have LGFLATRON L1752S monitor.Can I use 75hertz refresh rate in this monitor?Is there any possibility to harm my monitor to increase refresh rate?

All monitor has different capability of handling refresh rate, the safe zone is between 60 hz - 70 hz, the higher frequency will effect to the monitor to force its hardwares to make extra work on that
