Shift key problem

Hello,

When i press shift key, instead of having shift function, computer immediately displays media player. can some one help me to rectify this.

Dear Sarath,

Please consider checking whether there has not been an alternative function assigned to it and also check whether there is no trojan or virus making it act like this.
