Damaged pdf file

Hello,
I have been working on a project in photoshop and today a file I have been saving as a PDF won't open, it says it is damaged, but it has been opening fine before, I have worked a ton on this file and now its not opening. any suggestions would be great.

Hello Miss,

I'am afraid there is nothing you can do. Sometimes the Photoshop pdf converter slips. Sorry to say, you must redue your work.

I suggest that you do all your work in psd format, save it, then save as pdf. This will you always have a back-up.

My solution to Adobe Acrobat 5 error:
"the file is damaged and cannot be repaired"

Download free Sumatra pdf utility and also a free copy of PDF Creator.
Right click on corrupted pdf file and choose "Open with" Sumatra.
Then choose Print and select PDF Creator as the printer.
Save file to your desktop or in a folder where you can find it..
You can then open that new pdf created with PDF Creator printer with Acrobat without the error indicating it is corrupted.
