Hello,
I have created a calendar in excel, it can update automatically once the year is entered. I have another sheet "Customers" with "customers list" and the date to be contacted. May be in same date i have to contact 2 to 3 customers to contact.
How can i do a autopopulation of customers list to my calendar? Currently i have created a column with vlookup in "Customers" sheet and i link to my calender sheet from 01/01/2011 to 31/12/2011. It can update only for one year, after one year the dates are chaged so i need to relink to sheetCutomers to sheetYear. What can i do to autopopulate the customers list on each day of my calendar and it can automatically update every year?

Could you please upload a sample EXCEL file WITH sample data, macro, formula , conditional formatting etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site , http://docs.google.com, http://wikisend.com/ , http://www.editgrid.com etc
AND post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee. Based on the sample book, could you re-explain your problem too.


Note: your data need not be to be real data but a good representative of how data looks like
