Hard Drive PartitionSolved/Closed

Question

Dear Sir,

I am using desktop Computer. There is 80 GB hard disk and Four Partition. All are 20 GB.
I am facing some problem due to less space in C drive.
I am stalling some programme file in D drive also.
Can I able to merge C and D drive without any loose  of data.
I am so happy and please if i found some help.
