Intenso hard drive 1T 3.0 not working

Hello,

I have an destop and recently bought an Intenso 1TB USB 3.0 Hard drive. When I bought it everything worked fine and it ran on my computer perfectly. Now however, when I plug it in the blue light turns on but nothing pops up on my computer . After a few minutes the blue light turns off. Sometimes the green light is on but I still can not see the device. Can anyone help me.

Hi Lenkin,

It shows that your drive is physically damaged and you should contact the manufacturer. Also, I suggest you to check the drive status in Disk Management, might be you get some information from there.
