Hello,
In Excel, I have columns of values, all are in the same units. Each column represents a new week. If the value in column C4 is increased or decrease by a value of 5 in comparison to the previous week (example, B4), I would like it highlighted. I realize I might have to write 2 separate rules for this, but don't know the correct formula. Does anyone know how to write this formula?

Thanks,
Anna

Try this

=ABS(C4-D4)=5
0
Thanks rizvisa1! I tweaked it a little, but that was basically it.
