Router problem

Hello, i keep losing our connection all the time, fed up with ringing sky don't get no help.all they say is check your wires. everytime you go on to browse the orange light keeps coming on.got all new filtors on phone lines. but i noticed the yellow cable in router is very lose,it dose not clip right. could this be the problem.please someone get back to me as soon as possible. thank you so much.

Hi,

Definitely this may be the issue .Purchase another cable or make one yourself if you have the appropriate tool.
