No logon screen

I used a custom logon changer it worked good for like 4 times but then I got to the logon and there was a black screen just with my curser !!!!!

Help please!!!!
Im writing this from my brothers iPad .

Press F8 while booting and enter advanced start menu

Try entering windows using Last known good configuration

IF that doesnt work try safemode and do a system restore

i tried the first and second one but didn't worked . i really don't want to restore because i have more then a 100 GB of artwork on my computer (i really do graphics)!

have you tried hitting "CTRL+ALT+DEL" twice at that login screen?

IF that doesnt work insert OS installation CD and try repairing

doesnt work and i don't have an installation CD because : (CHECK THE RESPOND BELOW).

Please let me know which Operating System you use and if you got a Windows CD installation.

i had an xp but i turn it to windows 7 by updating to vsta and then win7 from the internet .

so i dont have an installation cd and i have windows 7.

my computer is now working!!!!!!
if you want to know how i fixed it just ask me and day after i will post it!!!
