Dell laptop keeps blue screening.

At night I leave my Dell Inspiron M501R laptop on and when I wake up in the morning, it's shut off. When I turn it back on, it'll ask me if I want to run in safe mode or start Windows normally. When I start it normally, it takes a while to start up and then the "Windows has shut down due to an error.." window pops up. When I choose to see what the problem was, it says Windows blue screen. This happens all the time. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!
