So, first of all, I've made a copy of all my information in the HD.

If you're having the same problem try this:
- Turn off the laptop
- Disconect from AC adapter but don't remove the battery.
- Wait about 5 houurs without touching it.
- Try to power on the laptop.
That worked for me but it's not what I want, of course!

Acer Customer Service finally returned my lapto and it's working correctly.
In their report they say that have changed the motherboard, that's the only explanation that I have.
