hit the f2 button N hold it for 15 secon's when vaio appears in your display N then reset N restart ur lappei
if tat doesn't works then try uhr hand on this one
pull out the battery N hit the power button N hold it for 3o secon's N then put back uhr battery N hit the power button as soon as the vaio appears on the screen hit f10 N hold it for 3o secon's then follow the instructions
it works if uh are keepin' vaio ,may it also helps if uh are havin' hp aor lenovo.. .
