My laptop is logging in and logging off

Hello,


my laptop is logging in and logging off.When i am going to recovery console to aplly all these things posted in the forum there appears only "c:>\". Means" c:>\windows" is not shown whereas i had installed windows in the C: drive itself.Now i cannot do the recovery process.Kindly help

Hi,

How are you proceeding with recovery?is it with easy access from system itself or booting from recovery cd's?
