Moving Rows within Excel

Hello,

Please, please can anyone help me, how can I move dates from ColumnA (Surname) ie various dates and date formats into the appropriate Date 2 and Date 3 columns. I would like to move these dates to form one row attached to the appropriate name, having dates all run along in the correct rows of date columns. Any help perhaps with a macro would be gratefully appreciated.
