My laptop wont work

Ok so my laptop was acting stupid so I slammed my fist into it letting my anger get the best of me. A few minutes later my screen went blue so I pressed the power button when I turned it back on all seemed normal until a black screen popped up saying windows boot manager at the bottom it says enter so that's what I pressed then another screen came up saying that windows error recovery and that I need to remove a disk or usb but I haven't put one of those into my laptop for about a month also it says launch start up repair vwhich is recommend but it also says to start windows normally I've tried both of them but they both led me to the first page with the windows boot now all I want is my laptop back I have realized my stupidity can someone please help me?.
