Hello,

please help me i need some help will you please tell me how to restore in factory settings my sony vaio laptop i was bought it here in japan but i dont know how to use that restore alt+ f10 i cant read those stuff like japanese characters hope you can help me

i don't really know but i think first is to try to change the language if you don't understand the janpense language so well

i have a oem windows 7 home premium but if i install that os the sony vaio stuff gone

is ther any way to restore factory a sony vaio laptop?? becouse they didnt gave me any cd or what you called recovery disk
