Did not pass windows Vista validation

Hello,
my pc with window Vista opened up an alert message apears which reads " you may be a victim of software counterfeiting this copy of windows did not pass genuine windows validation "
asking me to register. or register later. But the 13 seconds start until it reached 0 then I can click on register later.
can anyone help me to solve this problem.

Hi
To solve this problem you either need to buy the product key and then activate it or you have to format your Laptop.
remember not to activate ur window & close you automatic updation(if format ).
