Try this 1
If you are having a problem with the audio then reinstall the drivers.
You can download the drivers from your PC\Laptop manufacture's website.
OR
Let us know your PC\Laptop manufacture's name and the complete model
number.

Click on the below hyperlink "Acer" and follow the instructions.
Acer
Scroll down the page --> Follow the onscreen instructions given in "Drivers and Manuals" --> Download the "Audio" driver and install it.
