Difficulty in opening my e-mail with yahoo

Thanks for your adivise on how to present my problem to the Forum, I promise to always conform to rules and hence I will wish to present the problem again . I have been have difficulty in opening my e-mail with yahoo. Any time I want to sign in I will get sign in erro message. I tried Yahoo Helper it is yet not possible. Help please. thanks

First try to delete all of your temporary internet files and cookies.
