hello everyone have a problem bout my laptop its full of viruses and crashes so I decided to reformat my laptop I have my OS cd and drivers. whats my first move? TIA......

I was going to start with have you ever gained access to the bios? Your solution was WAY MORE efficient!

It's amazing what one can find on Google ! I even found my wife and my Labrador dog.

Someone I know even found the last flea that was biting her cat ! It was right there on Google.
