Try this 1
When you recover the files, some files might be in damaged mode and as a result
you won't be able to open such corrupted files.
Without making any changes to that partition , try another recovery software
"Recuva" and check if you are able to recover the files in good status.
Click on the below hyperlink "Recuva" and download the file.
