If the card is not formatted you will need to go to the "disk manage" tab and format it. In Windows 7 go "Computer" icon right click and select "manage" then click on the "Disk Management tab. In the next window look in the bottom pane. You will probably need to use the slider to view the last item in the bottom window. You will probably find your memory card. You will then need to format it with a format type that is readable by your phone. (probably NOT NTFS).

Good Luck

That points to a bad memory card. Can you test it in a different computer?
