Dell crashing on startup

My Dell inspiron notebook M5030 displays a message saying I cannot start my computer. It gives me two options one is start recovery, and the other is start normally. When I click on start normally, it freezes almost instantly, and restarts which brings me back to the same screen. when I click on start recovery I get the following picture: Please help. I did not get a recovery disc with my laptop.
