My Dell inspiron notebook M5030 displays a message saying I cannot start my computer. It gives me two options one is start recovery, and the other is start normally. When I click on start normally, it freezes almost instantly, and restarts which brings me back to the same screen. when I click on start recovery I get the following picture:
Please help. I did not get a recovery disc with my laptop.

I assume you are using Windows 7. You were supposed to burn the repair CD when the computer was new. That's why you read the instructions BEFORE starting to use the computer.

You can try to borrow a Win 7 Repair CD. Or download one on another computer and burn the iso image to a CD. Just "Google Win 7 Repair CD" for a download location. Then the repair might work. You might also have a damaged hard disk that needs to be replaced.

Good Luck
