Free Space in C drive is fluctuating

I am using windows 7 in my desktop. I installed call of duty black opps. After that free space in C drive starting to fluctuate. Not only that the installation took almost more than 50 GB . I tried to uninstall it from control panel but failed then deleted from C drive. My Pc slows down. Some softwares are not working and the free space in C drive fluctuating. Please help me to solve the problem.
