First of all, Hi everyone.
First time on this forum and already after 30min I've seen some really nice people and really helpful solutions!

So I bought a new computer about one to two months ago and everything has been running fine untill 4days ago. First time ever the computer started hacking/froze, I didnt know what it was, so i restarted the computer, ran flawless again. The next day this freeze happend twice, and on the night I went out and left the computer on. I come back home and wanna check on the computer, i turn it on and everything starts but it does not boot and the led on the case does not light up anymore. The mobo and grapichs cards leds are glowing, the hdds seem to work/vibrate everything pretty much except that the CPU fan is no longer spinning. I'm no expert as you can probably tell and all the other familiar problems i've read have all different details, that seem to be different problems. So i just wanna be 100% sure where i put My fingers since it's almost brand new.

Edit: The monitor is also just black, i've tried 2 monitors.

I've tried the easiest thing so far, switching the rams, but i have no spare parts or mobo mic to try things out.

Computer specs: "incase that matters".
Mobo: Msi gaming 5
CPU: i7 4790k
Psu: corsair 750m
Gpu: msi 970 twin freezer
Ram: 2x4gb crucial ballistix
Hdd1: kingston ssd 240gb
Hdd2: seagate 1tb
CPU cooler: corsair h80

Thanks! :)
Sorry for my English and some annoying auto corretcts..

If the CPU doesn't work at all, then you must change it. The CPU is a basic part of the computer to work.

How should I check if it works? Should i remove the CPU cooler and turn on the computer then look if the CPU heats up?

Well you can remove the CPU cooler and try to turn on the computer and see if id does something or if you can test the CPU on another computer to see if it works.
