Help....won't let me go into windows. 7.

I knew I had a virse but just ignored it. Haven't used my computer in a whole, jumped on and it won't go to windows. Says it can't fix the problem on its own. The startup repair Cannot repair this computer automatically. What do I do now.

When is turning on Press F2 and try to manage your user and get in

When you get in you will need you will be in safe mod
Try to install an antivirus(avast!) and do a faster scan for viruses and next erase all the viruses you have

Get the Windows installation disc and run Startup Repair at least 2 or 3 times to get this problem fixed. Else, I'm afraid that you'll need to reinstall a fresh copy of Windows.

Once you get into Windows, download Malware Bytes Anti Malware (MBAM) from its official website and run a full system scan. It'll help you remove any suspicious program and make your system very clean.

I have advast on my computer . I'm not sure if it's th virse doing this . But I'll try using the program disk today and see if that works. Thanks
