False "(?)" positives generated by the use of Nirsofer software

Dear Forum moderator,
Hope this is the correct forum for this question.

I used to be able to use Nirsofer tools on Microsoft platforms to check and fix internet hiccups.
But Windows 8.1 defender is tripped by the Nirsofer Hack tools (as it should) but I can find no way to validate the tools as safe, whereas there are no indications that Nirsofer tools have been compromised.(Unless somebody can tell me to the contrary)
The question now is, how do I get rid off the pesky Windows alert and Windows Defender cleaning program (which I find takes hours to scan and clean(not a few seconds as promised) }:-((

What do you mean by: "Nirsofer Hack tools" ?

Is it Nirsofer or Nir Sofer?

Thank you for help,it may lead to resolving my problem.
This software is authored by Nir Sofer whom can be found on Linkedin.
WOT gives him a green circle,hence my query.

The software has a bug, I suggest you uninstall it.
