How can I recover Yahoo Account

Hello,

I forgot my Yahoo email ID and forgot the password for recovering email as well but I need to log in to my account desperately as I need some very important file from that account.
Please advise me.

If there has not been any activity on the account for 30 days or more, it is automatically deleted from the server. You have not forgotten your password, it just does not exist.
