How to change the language of my laptop [Solved/Closed]

Hello,
plz help. I want to change the language of my laptop from japanese to english, what do I need to do? my lapyop is windows xp, toshiba.

go to start,

clickcontrol panel,

Clickregional language options,
Click go to advanced, details
Scroll and pick the language of your choice.
Click ok

my laptop (asus) is chinese, I cant understand a single sh*t! please help me!
