Hello,

I purchased a Lenovo y40 laptop less than a month ago and today I was redeeming UltraVoilet codes and I leaned over and leaned back only to see the laptop had shut off. I tried turning it back on. Removing the battery. Electro discharge. The "secret button combination" . Removing the RAM and putting it back and nothing has worked. Can someone please help me.
