Shortcut virus

Hello,

I had the shortcut virus on a stick, and while accidnetly unpulg it my folder and files are no more to be found ,when un hide the system files i can see afolder with .chk files the size around 5g and .ini and some werid file with letter and number
the properties show my stick size 16g with 1g free
which is the same as before the accindnt but other than the foremention folder with the chk file and the two file outside it i cant found my data i tried recovery tool and run it to endup with 69G of lost data some of which i forget about and too many corrupted some of which i really need it not worth to mention that i use unchk and get nothing usefull i mean i cant find the files i want so i will really apperiate any help

Hello,
# Download USB Fix
  • Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.
  • Choose "Clean" option.
  • A pop-up will follow
    Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, sd cards external drives, etc...)
  • Once you're ready, click "OK".
  • While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.

The numbers of analyzed and infected elements are displayed.
