Windows gets to right before starting screen

Hello, All

I just put together a decent system. I have one problem. New harddrive with no OS on it. I bought Windows Ultimate and for some reason right before I can get to the install part it always freezes. It gets through the little scrolling bar part just fine. I can see the nice blue background the install part is supposed to show up on. It just will not get past that part. Any help will be awesome thanks.

It may be due top some kind of problems in your registry or due to a virus ,Make sure that you have the necessary software unstalled and clean up all is mess.
