Unable to solve the problem with keyboard and mouse not working

hello, unable to solve the problem with my keyboard and mouse not working properly i dont know why my keboard works only on capital letters and if i want to type small letters that i have to turn caps lock on numerical keypad is not working at all and also unable to use the mouse scroll mouse only clicks are working scroll is not working and i have also use the trick of clt alt delt both sides at a time still not happening >>>>i am begging for help please help me asap>
