HP Envy crashes my internet

I have just bought a new HP Envy laptop [HP ENVY 13-d004na Laptop, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 13.3], and every time I attempt to open the browser it crashes my router. I have not done much since i came home with it on Saturday except remove all the crapware that came with it, and then it developed this "fault" question is how do I reset it back to factory settings to see if that cures it

I have sussed how to do the factory restore and doing it now and the internet is working fine for my pc and other laptop but what could be causing it to crash my internet, the only thing I had installed was the firefox browser ???
